Viewing Current Contract Status

Access the Current Status page to get a summary view of customer contract details and current status including: hours used and remaining; contract renewal date; scheduled service items etc.

  1. Go to Settings - Products and Invoicing - Contracts to display the Contracts page.
  2. Click on the Current Status link alongside the contract you want to view:

You can also view contract hours remaining from the Summary panel in the Customer's page . See Viewing and Editing Customers.
